On Wednesday, we entered a girls’ football tournament. We travelled to Leverington. There were five schools who entered the competition. The girls were incredibly enthusiastic and positive, working well as a team. The girls played against some tough opposition but never gave up! The girls lost their first match but after that they won their next 3 matches!
Overall in the tournament, we finished joint first so it had to go down to goal difference and we finally ended up coming second. We were so proud of the girls for their achievement and the way they represented Kingsfield. Congratulations girls!
